Interior Design | Architecture | Space Planning | Lighting Design
We believe that good design has a timeless quality that outlasts current fads and fashions. We strive to achieve designs that will be as appealing thirty years in the future as they were when new.
PROJECTS
Kula Maui House
Exterior and interior restoration of a stunning home located on a remarkable 9-acre property in upcountry Maui, Hawai‘i.
The Palms Wailea
This second home condominium was in original condition. Our clients wanted an update to the kitchen and three baths to better reflect their lifestyle.
Wailea Condominium
Our clients use this condominium as their second home. Their goal was a complete renovation to better reflect their own tastes and lifestyle. We initially presented three design plan options. One direction was chosen and further refined.
Honolulu Apartment
This “vintage” apartment in downtown Honolulu’s Queen Emma Gardens was taken down to its bones for a complete remodel. One element is the use of shoji screens to variously temper the light and add privacy — both to the outside as well as within.
Wailuku Maui Bungalow
This project began with the purchase of an older home built in 1948. It is in a small neighborhood of similar homes built in the 1930’s and ‘40s. It is a special neighborhood because of the unusually dense concentration of homes from that era.
Mill Valley Mtn. Home
This 1960’s vintage A-frame sits on a mountain ridge north of the Golden Gate Bridge and has dramatic views of Mount Tamalpais, Muir Woods, and the Pacific Ocean. This northern California mountain house experienced a top to bottom renovation.
